I feel a binge coming on. I want junk food! So far today I had a tuna sub from Subway and now I just found myself in the drive thru at Wendys. I'm not happy about that. Thankfully, I could have ordered something worse than I did, but still... Problem is I still want something, even after eating that. I have a craving but can't put my finger on it. Ughh! Very frustrating.

Try some sugar free gum.....mint flavor. It makes anything else taste pretty bad and it will keep your jaws moving.
The days of unending hunger absolutely suck. Don't let it beat you and don't let it get you down. If you do figure out what it is that you really really really want & it's food - then a small indulgence and move on. If you find that it isn't really food that you want then maybe have a mug of hot tea and curl up with a good book OR blast some music and have a diet soda - depending on the kind of person you are???
At any rate - hang in there.....this to shall pass!
