I weighed in at 167 which means I lost 1.4 pounds since January 22nd. Of course I wish it was more, but its better than a gain which is what I've been doing recently. That brings me to a total of 4.6 lbs since going back on WW. I wish I had another layer of clothing to remove---I figure a shirt or a pair of socks is .4 lbs....then I could have gotten my 5lbs! :) There's always next week....

You should be proud of yourself. It is hard not to gain weight and you lost, so that is a good thing. You may surprise yourself and see a bigger loss the next time you weigh in. Also, by reading your blog about WW, you have motivated me. I began eating "healthier" yesterday and felt better this morning when I didn't wake up still stuffed from shoving food in my mouth prior to going to sleep. I am being mindful of what I consume--I refuse to say I am dieting...just making better choices. Thanks for motivating me.

Congrats on your loss!!! You did great, so don't discount what you've accomplished. And we will have to party when we both reach goal :) I feel about getting out of the 200's the way you do about getting out of the 160s. Can't wait!
